Specify is a SaaS subscription service. Our refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. All refund requests are processed through de0978@gmail.com within 5 business days.
The FREE plan is complimentary and not eligible for refunds. The paid plan refund policy applies from the point of upgrade.
When you cancel a paid plan, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are not provided. All paid features remain accessible until the billing cycle ends.
(1) Service unavailable for 7+ consecutive days due to outage, (2) payment errors or duplicate charges, (3) no usage within 7 days of subscribing (full refund), (4) advertised features not provided.
(1) Change of mind, (2) AI credits/documents already used, (3) account suspended for violations, (4) auto-renewal more than 7 days ago, (5) account transferred or shared.
Full refund available within 14 days if unused. After 14 days, elapsed months are deducted at the monthly rate and the remaining balance is refunded.
Email de0978@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, and reason. Review within 1-2 business days, refund processed within 5 business days to original payment method.
No refund for price difference when downgrading. Current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends; the lower plan applies from the next cycle.
